Like so many other cases, a police officer took the life of an unarmed black teen and had his terroristic organization lie about it. Distraught and disillusioned by this corrupt and malevolent justice system, the father Rodney Hinton Jr. decides to take justice into his own hands. Because the terroristic organization hid the original killer of Mr. Hinton Jr.'s son...he targeted another member of the terroristic organization known as the police department, by proxy.
